To help you navigate our mobile platform smoothly, please find below an overview of the homepage and App Settings page as well as the functions they are hosting.

Homepage
The homepage gives you access to all the available features on Bybit and shows you some of the most popular events and trading products on the platform. Refer to the table below to see the functions accessible on this page:

1: Direct link to your app and account settings. Please refer to this section for more information.
2: Switch from Bybit Main Exchange to Bybit Web3, simply tap on the icons to move from one to another. To have an overview of Bybit Web3, please check this page.
3: Direct link to our Customer Support team via Live Chat.
4: Link to our Notifications page where you can select the type of alerts you would like to receive. Please refer to this section for more information.
5: QR code scanning function to log in to your account on the website.
6: Quick view of your Account assets.
7: Some of the most popular products and services on Bybit will be showcased in this section. You can click on the More icon to get a complete view of all of Bybit offering.
8: All your favorite trading pairs will be shown in this segment. To add trading pairs to your favorites, click on Derivatives or Trades, go to the Trade tab and click on the 3 dot icon to see the option “Add to Favorites”. This section will also display some of the trending trading pairs on Bybit as well as the latest pairs added.
9: Our latest events will be listed here so you are always up-to-date with the on-going promotions on Bybit.

The Settings page presented below allows you to efficiently manage your account and your app settings. Some key features such as the KYC verification, your subaccounts or the Rewards and Referral Program pages are also available via this page. Please refer to the following tables for a detailed view of each feature’s access.

1: Direct link to contact our support team via Live Chat.
2: The Settings page will help you manage some key settings, such as the Language, Currency display, and more. It is also from this page that you can clear the app’s cache and switch the routing if you experience any connection issues. Please visit the Account Settings-related articles for more information.
3: Your account name, UID and status are shown here. Tap on your account name to see the list of Subaccounts and their related management functions. Tap on your profile picture to modify it and check more information on your VIP level and KYC verification by tapping on the respective labels.
4: The Security page allows you to manage your security settings such as email address, password, or others, and view the security change or last login record. You can also enable biometric authentication here.
5: The Invite Friends button will direct you to your Referral Program page where you will be able to see your referral information and follow up on your referees’ progress. Visit here for more information.
6: The Subaccount section gives you extensive access to your Subaccounts management. There, you will be able to create, manage, or even connect to the subaccount of your choice. To learn more about Subaccounts, please visit here.
7: You can use Demo trading on the app from here. Click here for more information on Demo trading.
8: This tab will provide you with a link to our Help Center so you can visit all available FAQs and to our Bybit Market Overview page to learn all applicable rules, limits and rates when trading on Bybit. Moreover, you can submit your ideas to improve Bybit’s product and services to our Product Manager via our feedback form or reach out to our Customer Support by submitting a request via our Webform.
9: The About Us section provides you with your app version, device and network information. It also allows you to check for any updates so you can use the latest version available. You can double-tab on the Bybit logo and it will direct you to check your App info or send a log to our technical team for checking should you encounter any App issue.
10: If you enjoy using the Bybit App or if you would like to leave a suggestion to our team, click on Rate our App to be directed to your App Store.

Account Settings
12: Modify your Account information directly via this tab. You can also visit your account UID in this section.
13: You can complete the Individual Identity Verification here and view your verified details. You can also perform the identity transfer via this page or apply for Business Verification. To check more details on the Identify verification on Bybit, please follow this link. There is also another access to your Security page, explained below.
14: You can see your current fee level and the trading fee rate or interest rates apply to your account here. You can also check where your account stands on each criterion to reach the next VIP tier by scrolling down the page. To view the overall criteria and fee structure, tap on View All Rates.
15: Modify your app settings directly from this section. You can modify the currency displayed, your app language as well as the color theme applied to your app. There is also another access to your phone and email notification pages, introduced here.
16: Select your time zone of preference for the percentage change calculation of the various trading products on Bybit. By default, all the percentage changes will be calculated over the last 24 hours.
17: Your withdrawal settings can be managed here. You can visit this article to safely add a withdrawal address to your Bybit account.
18: In case of low network connectivity or long loading time, you can switch routing to improve your app trading experience.
19: Select the account to which your funds will be deposited to in your Bybit account here.
20: You can clear your app cache here for your phone. Clearing cache may help improve your app navigation in case of long loading time.

Notifications can be very useful when you want to be updated on the market trends, new products and features launches as well as the status of your current orders and positions. To navigate your Notification center efficiently, please refer to the guide below:

1: The Brush icon will instantly mark all notifications as read.
2: The Settings icon will direct you to the Notifications Settings page so you can personalize the type of notifications that will be shown on your phone and the Bybit app. Simply toggle on/off of each notification type to activate or deactivate the notifications accordingly.
3: The notifications will be organized by type in different tabs. The All tab will be the default view and will show you all notifications received. The other tabs available are as follows:
4: Clicking on each notification will redirect you to the relevant page.
5: Select the messages you want to receive and display in your app from this section. All active in-app messages can be viewed in your your notifications page.
6: If you have not enabled the notifications on your phone, the following bubble will appear with a direct link to the App Notification settings of your phone so you can enable them and manage the different push notifications.
7: You can decide on the Push notifications activated on your app or your account. They will appear directly on your phone, even when the app is closed.
8: If you only want to receive alerts during the day, you can activate Sleep Mode. Please note that the sleep mode will stop all alerts between 12AM and 7AM. |
