Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you — as a seller — start your first P2P transaction on Bybit.
Step 1: Please click on More → P2P on the home page.
For P2P Block Trade, tap on the P2P Trading heading at the top and select Block Trade.
Step 2: On the Sell page, you can filter for your preferred buyer advertisers by filling in the Coin Type, Amount, Fiat Currencies, Payment Methods and more, fields based on your transaction needs. You’ll also need to add your preferred payment method if you have not done so.

In each advertiser cardboard,

The numbers displaying order quantity and percentage on the right-hand side refer to:

Number of orders made in 30 days

Completion rate in 30 days

The Price refers to the reference price that counterparties are offering.

The Quantity and Limits display the available balance for this advertisement as well as the minimum and maximum transaction limits per order, in fiat terms.

The last row of the cardboard displays the Payment Method. You can see all supported payment methods for the advertisement you've selected.
Step 3: Choose your preferred advertisement, and click on Sell.
Step 4: Enter the amount of USDT you want to sell, or the amount of fiat currency you want to receive, and click Sell to proceed.
Note:
— P2P transactions will only be processed via the Funding account so please ensure that your funds are in your Funding account before starting a transaction.
— Please verify that your account name is consistent with your registered name on Bybit. Otherwise, the buyer may cancel the order or submit an appeal for a refund.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the order page, where you will see a countdown timer awaiting the buyer to complete the payment.
Notes:
— For P2P transactions, it will only be processed via the Funding account so please ensure that your funds are in your Funding account before starting a transaction.
— Your bank account name must be consistent with your registered name on Bybit. Otherwise, your account might be suspended and the buyer has a right to refuse to purchase the coin with you.
— In order to provide a safer trading environment, our system comprehensively evaluates every transaction to determine its risk level. Should the transaction be deemed risky, a 24 hours withdrawal restriction will be imposed on the relevant account(s).
— By clicking on Contact Buyer, you will be redirected to the Order Chat Box which allows you to easily communicate with buyers in real time.
Step 6:
a. Once you’ve successfully received your payment from the buyer, click on Release Now to release your coins. You will be asked to confirm receipt of the payment from the buyer. Once clicked on Release Now, enter your GA verification code or Fund Password as a verification step.
Please make sure you've received the funds from the buyer before ticking the confirmation box and releasing your coins.

b. Order transaction has failed:
1) If the buyer fails to complete the payment within the timeframe, the order will automatically be canceled. The coins reserved on the P2P platform will also automatically be returned to your Funding Account.
2) If you’re notified that the payment is completed, but have yet to receive the payment after 10 minutes, you can communicate with the buyer in the Order Chat Box before clicking on Order Dispute? to proceed with the appeal. Find out more about the appeal flow in this article.
