How to Set Up and Disable Your Fund Password

A Fund Password is an extra layer of security to your account, which is different from the account login password. It will be required for security verification and withdrawals if the user has set up a Fund Password.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to set up a Fund Password.
Step 1: Go to your profile page from the upper left and tap on Security.
Step 2: Select Fund Password to set up your Fund Password.
Step 3: Complete your security verification process. Once done, you will have successfully set your Fund Password.
Change/Disable Your Fund Password
To change or disable your Fund Password, please tap on Fund Password and select Change or Unlink Fund Password. Please note that you will not be able to withdraw your assets for 24 hours after reset.

If you forget your Fund Password, you can reset it in the following two (2) ways:
1. Please tap on Having problems with verification? in the Disable Fund Password window, or
2. Please tap on Forgot Fund Password in the Change Fund Password window.
You will be redirected to the Reset Security Settings page and select Fund Password reset. Then, click on Confirm.
Complete the Security Verification required to reset your Fund Password. Please note that further verification may be required. Kindly refer to your account's registered email address inbox for further instructions and the review may take 1-2 working days.
