The P2P review feature added by Bybit is a great way for users to share their feedback on their trading experience. This feature allows users to leave reviews of their trading counterparties, which can help other users make informed decisions when selecting P2P ads to enhance the overall experience of Bybit P2P users.
Notes:
— You can only leave a review on your counterparty once you have completed a P2P order with them, and can only leave one review per user based on your actual trading experience.
— Leaving a review of your trading counterparty after completing a P2P transaction is optional.
— When leaving a negative review, an explanation for dissatisfaction is required.
— If the comment does not match the selected review (Good/Bad), we will manually delete the reviews and the users might be unable to leave a single comment for at least 7 days, depending on the severity of the situation. The duration of the restriction may be longer depending on the circumstances.

Leave Your Review
Step 1: Once an order is completed, you can rate your trading experience by selecting either Good or Bad under Leave A Review.
Step 2: In addition to rating your trading experience, the Bybit P2P review feature also allows you to leave reviews of your trading counterparty.
You can choose to leave reviews anonymously, which means that your counterparties will not be able to know who left the reviews. To submit a review, simply click on Confirm once you have finished writing it.
Please note that other users can view reviews that you and other users have left on a counterparty's P2P profile page. Therefore, your reviews do matter and can influence the decisions of other users when selecting a P2P ad. We encourage all users to leave honest and constructive feedback, which can help improve the trading experience for everyone on the platform.
Edit/Delete Your Reviews
If you would like to edit or delete your reviews on Bybit's P2P trading platform, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click on Orders located in the upper right corner of the P2P Trading page.
Step 2: Click on All, then select Completed under the Status.
Step 3: Select the order you want to edit from the orders you have left a review on.
If your trading counterparty leaves a malicious review on your P2P trade, you can raise a case via this link to reach our Customer Support team for assistance. To do so, please provide evidence of the malicious intent, such as chat message screenshots, reviews, or trade records. Once you have submitted your request, our Customer Support team will review it and take appropriate action, which may include deleting the review in question if it is deemed to be ill-intended within 3-5 business days.
