    Bybit's Code of Conduct Policy and Reporting Channel

    Bybit Technology Limited (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) seeks to foster and maintain a reputation for honesty, integrity, and professionalism. We recognize that reputation is critical to the ongoing concern of the business and therefore take these principles seriously. 

     

    Integrity means upholding principles, ethics, openness, and fairness in everything we do. All employees of Bybit are required to follow and strictly comply with Bybit's Business Code of Conduct and Ethics, which prohibits fraudulent activities, corruption and bribery, conflict of interests, market abuse (including insider trading and market manipulation), or any misconduct that is not consistent with our values.

     

    We have developed robust systems and measures to prevent, detect, and deter corruption or any misconduct that is not consistent with our values. We have adopted a zero-tolerance approach toward the violation of Bybit's Code of Conduct.

     

    We encourage third parties, including our suppliers, and our business partners, to report any misconduct committed by our employees. The examples of misconduct are listed below, but not limited to the following:

    • Bribery, kickbacks, or any form of corruption;

    • Conflict of interests;

    • Market abuse (including inside trading or market manipulation);

    • Any fraudulent activities;

    • Failure to comply with laws, regulations, rules or other policies.

     

    The report can be made to our Investigation Department at report@bybit.com. Although concerns can be reported anonymously, we encourage whistleblowers to leave their contact information so that effective follow-up investigations could be conducted and to provide them with updates if necessary. Please do reach out to Bybit personnel through Bybit's official communication channels. Any personal communication channels are not allowed.

     

    Throughout the investigation process, the investigation department will maintain independence, objectivity, impartiality, and fairness. Reports will be handed in a serious manner and with strict regard to confidentiality.

     

    If the allegations are substantiated upon completion of the investigation, the company will determine the appropriate disciplinary and/or remediation action in accordance with the company's policy and relevant laws and regulations.
