Here is a step-by-step guide to learn how to make payments with your Bybit card.
Pay with Virtual Card/Virtual Card Lite
Step 1: Go to Card and tap on View Details.
Step 2: Enter the card details at any online sites that accept Mastercard.
Step 3: Proceed to make your payment. Depending on the merchant, you might be required to perform an authentication of the transaction. You would be prompted to authenticate via the Bybit App. Please note that you will have to allow notifications for Bybit App.
Step 4: Double check the transaction amount and click on Pay to authenticate the transaction. Biometric verification is required for authentication (Face ID or Fingerprint). If it is not set up, you will be asked to confirm the transaction with an OTP code and security questions.
Step 5: Once you've successfully authenticated the transaction, please return to the merchant's website to complete your payment.
If the payment is successful, the amount will be frozen in your Funding Account, and the transaction will be in a pending status until the merchant completes the transaction. The transaction usually takes a day, or up to 30 days to complete the authorization. Once the transaction is completed, the amount will be deducted from the frozen amount for payment.
